About Axle PM Consulting
Axle PM Consulting was formed in 2021 because its founders saw that the causal link between strong project management and mature business operations was significantly underutilized, especially by start-ups and small-to-medium non-profits. Axle PM Consulting’s aim is to fill that void, and with each engagement, create a firm, value-adding relationship between us and our customers to move client operations up the Capability Maturity Model.

All our project managers are operations excellence experts, PMP or Prince 2 certified, and are Agile Project Management practitioners. They embody our value-add philosophy and will define their project success measures in accordance with that paradigm.

With more than 20 years of experience in business operations and program management, I specialize in leading transformative initiatives that strengthen organizations and drive measurable impact. My work spans nonprofits, government agencies, and private-sector enterprises—helping each navigate complex challenges, modernize systems, and achieve operational excellence.
I bring a strategic yet hands-on approach to every engagement—establishing PMOs, implementing Agile methodologies, and designing processes that align people, performance, and purpose. Over the years, I’ve led multi-million-dollar initiatives that delivered tangible results: increased revenue, reduced costs, improved efficiency, and stronger cross-functional collaboration.
